This chef is ready for prime time. A dude who compares his dinners to orgies must be, right? Meant to be famous. Bright clean restaurant leaves plenty of wallspace for art, a rotating gallery. A feast for the senses. Mostly taste: foie gras comes three ways. Dessert? That's five courses unto itself.
