Sharply focused on its beefy mission, steaks get the spotlight they deserve with a strong cast of supporting players, behind the scenes and on the plate. Start with the fuel-injected fruitiness of a Black+Blueberry martini, a saucy, crab-stuffed Portobello mushroom and the unmissable Burrata salad. For the main event, try P.E.I. Blue Ribbon, raised in pastoral ‘Anne-of-Green-Gables’ fields, or hand-fed, beer-drinking wagyu beef, prepared to order with sides à la carte, perfect for sharing. Wine list reflects the deep pockets dining here, although nostalgic treats like Crepes Suzette or Bananas Foster flambéed tableside are always a worthwhile splurge.
