A joint venture between Nick Blast and Soundgarden's Chris Cornell, it serves rarefied new American—think Kobe beef sliders and truffle- kissed mac ’n’ cheese—to a sparkling crowd of models and media types that get most of their nourishment from the late-night bottle service.
