Washington finally gets a slice of a national trend, brings legitimacy to a chain that's part Applebees/part old-timey saloon. Like a Denver airport bar except bigger and with more tourists. Girl from eastern Kentucky meets boy from Northern Missouri. Love blossoms over Superbowl party cuisine with healthy steamed veggies on the side. Extra cheese all around. Different beer on tap for every flat screen TV that's showing the game. Drunkenness doubles as male enthusiasm for sports.
