This hotel bar is so diverting in often distracts thirsty guests originally inclined for more elaborate clubs. Restyled in blue for the Fontainebleau's recent makeover, the lobby bar still trades on its celeb-drenched past while making book on high-end contemporary cocktails. Worth a schmooze for the booze, though table space is dear indeed on a hot night.
