Oasis of cool in stroller-centric Noe Valley neighborhood. Just overlook the rude bartender because they DJ’s playing good down tempo over there by the window. Blue Room in back with faux Jackson Pollock is where it’s at. Order 24th Street cosmo with Smirnoff triple sec and cranberry, but move on to martinis before handing out digits in front of the fireplace. 4-7pm Happy Hour the perfect time to visit.
