Sally up to the curved metal bar, order one of the Quebec brews on tap and fly high on the soundtrack of soul, dub and electronica. The masses here are neither teeming nor unwashed, and the vibe lacks the haughty taughtness of the dilated pupil set. The mini-dance-floor's at the back, but if chatter and furtive glances are more your thing, that bar's the place. Top-shelf liquors are priced at near-swill level, and served with admirable aplomb by genial staff.
