And He who created BLT Steak, BLT Fish, et al (Laurent Tourondel's 'Bistro' set) came down upon Manhattan and said: let Me capitalize on Manhattanites fetishizing of the burger. And so it was done: not as haute—or hot—as you'd think it'd be from a guy who cut his teeth doing high-profile white napkin, but certainly just snazzy enough, and solid if you're in the hood. Décor feels like a highbrow Friday's, sans flair. Burgers are, naturally, the thing to get, but other options exist. Try the one with lamb and yogurt sauce if you're looking for something different. Leave vegetarian friends at home.
