Chef Laurent Tourondel brings his NYC-based franchise to Vegas in the form of high-end burgers, in a space that used to house the Siegfried and Roy's white lion habitat. There's a menu of classics, though some more unconventional ones are standouts, like the buffalo chicken or lamb tandoori burgers. Sweet tooths will want to try the milkshakes, though spiked versions like the Grandma's Treat (bourbon and caramel) and the Night Rider (Kahluia, chocolate and Oreos) will satisfy two indulgent cravings at once.
