BLT Steak

Editorial Review

Name can be a little confusing, BLT standing for Bistro Laurent Tourondel, formerly of fondly remembered Cello. Steak in every cut and caliber imaginable; strip, porterhouse, Kobe, etc. Pretty luxe for a place with bistro in its acronym. Interior is simple, modern, effective and warmly lit—perfect for helping you digest that 40oz. slab. For dessert, the tangy, fluffy lemon meringue is not to be missed.
