Finally, chef Laurent Tourondel has arrived, bringing with him his famed French brasserie/New York steakhouse concept. Carefully selected and mind-blowingly prepared Wagyu, Kobe, and Angus are where it’s at, along with all the special sauces: béarnaise, peppercorn, blue cheese, and so on. And for all you non-meat eaters/dieters, there is plenty of seafood to go ‘round.
