Opened in 2008, this trendy Japanese newcomer has brought a new approach to Japanese fine dining. Glassy and airy, the dining space is stylish but casual. The kitchen cranks out some of Shanghai’s most innovative Japanese cooking, whipping up wasabi mousse and black sesame ice cream in addition to the inventive range of sushi. A hip local clientele sips specialist vodka cocktails in the adjacent bar.
