They practically built this city. Legend celebrating its 25th birthday was the first to house Carmen's early lovers, some of whom are still coming back to the Parrot. Although there are some mixed experiences to be had, we love the kicked back family vibe here where every night seems to be a party and plenty of friendly faces cruise the upscale art deco building and modern rooms that scream Gotham more than Mexico. The Beach Club is a nightlife draw even if you're not staying here, though we figure that's how those sunburned drunk fat guys hooting their hearts out got in here. Top DJs and a ragingly insane fire show brings lots of hot visitors, all of this far enough away from the rooms if you need your Z's. Jungle horseback riding, diving, and Playasia restaurant, which even got Rachel Ray's big ole mouf talking it up.
