Location might seem like nothing great, but that's before you step in: helluva view! Sushi place keeps reelin' 'em in (fish and people) with a mix of classic nigiri and sashimi and modern, fusion-y dishes incorporating Japanese techniques and ingredients with western accoutrements (or just western dishes, like rack of lamb). Hard to snag a spot, since all the flashy people are filling it up.
