This half-century-old steakhouse is way, way out of Vegas - almost to Mt. Charleston, actually. A genuine ranch house decorated in wayback-vintage cowboy style, Bob Taylor's cooks up giant steaks on an open flame for hungry locals. If you're not up to eating like a starving ranch hand, you can always have an appetizer or two at the in-house sports bar.
