When Charlie Trotter's-alum Chef Giuseppe Tentori took over the kitchen of this Lincoln Park favorite last spring, the dishes lightened up and became more refined. Tentori's dishes focus on what's in season, and include contemporary American items from grilled octopus to New Zealand venison loin. Slurp down a few oysters from the limited-but-impressive raw bar menu. The decor became classier with the menu, including a lighter paint job, silk curtains and votives.
