Lalaland, meet Seattle. Notable celeb sightings (like Oliver Stone) doesn't take much to figure out why: it's a big, bright concept restaurant with inventive dishes and illuminated glass bamboo. Think lights that change color. Crab Cakes on sugar skewers. Pear bruschetta. Earthy-mod tables and chairs. But Angie Robert's chow is worth ostentation. Orange glazed duck, wild king salmon especially divine. Reservations essential.
