Editorial Review

K-Town elbows its way into prime St. Marks izakaya territory. Former Fuego space shifts from Spanish dungeon to urban zen. Low, minimal basement finished in bamboo ceilings, exposed brick and concrete. Upbeat vibe carried over, with pulsing music, hot young staff. Bon Chon chicken almost as good as midtown original, plus sweet potato fries and spicy rice cakes. Extensive menu for small-plate sharing, order a saketini and chillax.
