Bolero Brasserie

Bermuda's Balthazar. Bolero serves Chef Johnny Robert's classic brasserie dishes with a modern spin like the pan-roasted cod brushed with dijon, potato, asparagus, porcini, and roast garlic fricassee or the to die for beef short ribs and yorkshire pudding bones removed, braised in red wine. Dine on the porch overlooking Hamilton Harbor or in the dining room adorned with gilt-framed mirrors, an elaborately beamed ceiling  and above average modern art work by some of Bermuda's finest painters (Chef Johnny's wife is the founder of Kaleidoscope Arts Foundation).
