Ballsy resto-lounge stares the recession right in the eye. In historic Langham Hotel, Bond wants to be everything to everyone. Lunchers, cocktail fiends, lounge rats, tourists, romantics, bankers, and beauties. Crystal chandeliers dangle, blown-up financial bonds cockily adorn walls, and mirrored bar is all swank. Foodies, prepare to go international. VIP balcony overlooks the proceedings. Lunchtime crowd noshes on epicurean sandwiches. Dinner has small plate curiosities.
