Gloria Estefan is the owner of this Technicolor restaurant and nightclub, where 2,500 people can gyrate comfortably to Shakira. The bar stools are modeled after the eponymous bongo, and the menu includes all the standards of Cuban cuisine: marinated pork chunks, arroz con pollo, ropa vieja. If Little Havana is too rough around the edges for your taste, or if you're heading next door to the American Airlines Arena for a Heat game, this is as good a venue as any for mojito consumption.
