The first iteration of this Logan Square restaurant was born out of a series of illegally-held underground dinner parties in small Chicago apartments. After one go-around that served up four, seven or thirteen course tasting menus fusing French, Japanese and American tastes and textures, the place has reinvented itself again. This time, it's all about a seasonal, prix-fixe menu of contemporary Korean cuisine. Johnny Clark and Top Chef finalist Beverly Kim helm the kitchen, and Rachael Lowe (whose resume touts experience at the French Laundry) guides the wine program. Plus, you don't even have to worry about a bill at the end of the meal. The restaurant now operates on a ticket system just like Next.
