BlackBook Lowdown

A late-night boozer with a killer jukebox, the Boogaloo is fast becoming a North London institution. Alongside the locals, celebrities from Kate Moss to Shane McGowan have been known to drink away the evenings here. The decor is basic; there’s not much in the way of food and you have to dance in the spaces between the tables, but the 1960s vibe, and the energetic, party atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights make this a weekend winner.
