Boris Bistro

Editorial Review

Entirely a-typical French bistro decked out in glass, wood and concrete with a tree-lined, two level terrace that is the perfect place to wile away an afternoon sipping Bourgogne Alligoté and nibbling on salmon tartare. At night the "I'm not a star I just look like one" loft-dwellers of Old Montreal dine by candlelight on the likes of duck magret with espresso cardamom sauce or juicy baked cod served with basil risotto. Meals are as sexy as the clientele. Tres romantique.
