They've done their homework, installing a custom-designed barbecue pit tended by Brazil's first certified pitmaster. The menu has all the classics, from pulled pork and spare ribs to smoked angus New York strip and juicy barbecued chicken. Interior's casually posh, with white tiled counters, hardwood floors, chalkboard menus, and friendly servers. The bar has plenty of small-batch bourbons too, so take it slow, there's no hurry in here.
