Like trading docksiders and chinos for flip flops and board shorts, Bostwick's, which held court on Three Mile Harbor for years as a favorite local haunt, has slimmed down and moved south down to the Highway, becoming Bostwick's Chowder House in the space formerly occupied by its sibling, Cherrystones -- though the flip is sort of a combination of the two, with some of Bostwick's favorite menu items joining the seaside snacks and beach-y kitsch of its predecessor. Dressed-down market-price lobsters, lobster rolls, shellfish, fried fish and, of course, a vast array of chowders rule the day here, served up with minimal fuss.
