Botero Steak is named for the Colombian artist—one of his massive nude sculptures reclines in the center of the dining room. Rising culinary star Mark LoRusso (formerly of the Wynn's Tableau) caters to carnivores, offering numerous cuts of steak prepared in traditional, pepper, or chimichurri style. While the food is some of Vegas' finest, the elegantly designed space is also a standout, from the lacy scribbled-glass doors, to the dark-wood/light-upholstery bar, to the painting-adorned dining room (three originals from Botero's 2007 "Circus" series) to the romantic, pool-view patio.
