Editorial Review

Winos' nirvana where all of their copious vintages are available by the glass. Excellent concept liquors one-up in an effort to obscure Ikea furnishings, cheese plates, and pain-in-the-keister crowds all vying for a sip. Patrons are thankful for Culver sophistication, dressed smart not sultry, conversation stilted, not sexy. We'd like to knock the merlot and small plates out of their hands and make them guzzle Frenet.
