Thomas Keller’s take on a Parisian bistro feels nothing like Vegas, with a pewter-topped bar, Duchamp-inspired murals, and view onto a French-style courtyard. The food includes expertly rendered steak fritesand roast chicken, as well as an expansive selection of briny-fresh shellfish. The clientele ranges from thirtyish media types in vintage cocktail dresses enjoying a pre-nightlife dinner to sport-coated fiftysomething foodies in for a leisurely feast.
