The second floor of a posh building in Beverly Hills houses the LA outpost of Chef Keller's unassailable restaurant empire, where upscale bistro fare is served in an atmosphere of refined elegance. Trout amandine, towers of chilled seafood, the works. It even has its own beer: White Apron, available nowhere else. Dessert is appropriately decadent, with Parisian staples like profiteroles, chocolate mousse, and lemon tart. Wash it all down with a sweet French digestif and you're living the high life.
