The world-famous chef is headquartered in northern California and made a pit stop in Vegas, and Angelenos have been waiting patiently for a Keller outpost to call their own. It's coming in a matter of weeks (haven't made a reservation yet? It's booked a month out) to the second floor of a Beverly Hills building, where upscale bistro fare will be served: trout amandine, towers of cold seafood, the works. It also has its own beer: White Apron, available nowhere else.
