Boulder is a tea-drinking town, and its crowning jewel is the teahouse dedicated by its sister city in Tajikistan. Ornate and oasis-like, the restaurant tries to live up to its impressive interior with mixed results. Come for the tea and eclectic international menu, but don't be surprised if your waiter is harried from the barrage of questions and special orders from particular grandmothers and Buddhists who haven't quite mastered non-attachment.
