Superstar chef David Bouley can do no wrong, is still the cream of our crop despite the recent glut of celebrity kitchen wranglers. New flagship location cuts down on the boss's commute: his apartment's upstairs, connected by a video feed. Château vibe comes complete with gilded ceilings, stone imported from Versailles. We're lovin' on the lobster in passion fruit-port wine-paprika sauce, though the tasting menu with wine pairing is the way to go. Pinch yourself, it's real (and so's the bill). P.S.
