Fine Southern-inspired cuisine (think shrimp and grits, served classy-style with wild mushrooms and a bourbon red-eye sauce) and more than 130 varieties of the eponymous beverage quickly put this 2005 opening in the top tier of local upscale-casual restaurants. Create your own three-pour flight or try one of theirs. Or both. Building dates to 1877 and can be admired from outside while eating on covered patio with fireplace. For a libation education, monthly bourbon dinners feature a presentation from a master distiller.
