Diamond in the (not so) rough hood, named for oldest pub in Ireland, with cult of Brazen Burger lovers swearing theirs is the best red meat in town. Lack of sign and framed portraits of rakes, poets, and royals make for gentlemen’s-club ambiance. Locals crowd in come the wee hours for Bond-worthy martinis from über-bartender Jimmy, plus full dinner menu till 1 a.m.
