The 10,000-square-foot restaurant's decor features leather, stone, and brick to warm up the vaulted ceilings and distract from the restaurant's mall location. Chef Michael McDonald (formerly of the Hollywood Roosevelt) changes the menu every day, depending on what's fresh, local and organic.
