It's getting more and more impossible to argue that Dundas West has become the city's culinary center, thanks to joints like Brockton General, which epitomizes the strip's philosophy: elemental cooking in a flea market setting (who started the mismatched china trend, anyway?) with a focus on seasonal ingredients and big, bold flavours.
