Brooklyn Fare

Editorial Review

Gourmet grocery does double duty as high-end restaurant. Chef César Ramirez opens up his kitchen to 18 guests a few nights a week, laying out course after tasty course on a big metal chef's table. Sample his work during daylight hours from huge selection of pre-made salads and entrées. On the shop side, a little spendy, but good range of beer, cheese, and Satur Farms produce.
