A posh little adjunct to Restaurant Guy Savoy, Bubble Bar serves up a vast selection of champagnes and lower-priced, small-plate versions of Savoy's French haute cuisine. The room is wittily modernist, the champagne expertly selected, and the food is as stunning as that served in the restaurant proper, but here, starts at a mere $10. Those willing to throw caution — and carbs — to the wind can choose from over 20 varieties of bread, selected by an actual bread sommelier. Yeah, that actually exists.
