Buena Vista Bistro

Editorial Review

You can only call this husband-and-wife run neighborhood resto "mom and pop" if mom is a chic, gracious host, running the show with the snap of her fingers, and pop is a seasoned, internationally-acclaimed French chef that's been ruling kitchens since age 16. Open space, a lot of natural light, simple decor, relaxed. The newest brunch standout in Miami with strawberry pancakes - thick and fluffy, layered with fresh fruit - that are inexplicably amazing. You'd never guess the price range is $4 to $7 for brunch dishes. The menu, which changes daily, is delish for dinner, too, and the prices aren't much higher.
