Buenos Aires Fusion

Editorial Review

Work that mediocre Spanish; Argentina via Aspen. Empanadas and caipirinhas are top a long list at this lunch/dinner spot in downtown Aspen, three blocks from the gondola. Lunchtime standouts are the Lomito (tenderloin steak, Swiss cheese, ham, grilled onions, fried egg) and Choripan (Argentine sausage, lettuce, tomato, roasted red peppers). Dinner boasts the mixed grill entrée Parrillada and other authentic Argentinean meals you’ve never had. Sides aren't to be missed, as tasty as the mains, but better than those are the signature mojitos from the bar in this genuine setting.
