Hubert Keller does a take on the vintage burger joint with swivel stools, wooden booths, and tile floors. The menu allows diners to choose their meat (veggie to Kobe), cheese (American to blue) and toppings (beetroot pickle to jalapeno bacon to black truffles) with a wacky collection of "sweet burgers" for dessert.
