It's greasy, classic, falling apart - and retardedly delicious. Deep dish, extra cheesey slices go down like an oily ladrillo and knocks you out like a Monzon sucker punch, but it's worth the extra 3 pounds in your gut. Service is suitably grumpy, hurried and that's how the grizzled regulars and everyone else standing at the counter likes their gooey slice presented to them. Never ventured past the front area with the ancient, grimy blue tiles, and you're downright intrepid if you do. Perfect way to cap off a people-watching stroll down Avenida Cabildo.
