Not that any of the fashion-forward patrons would ever consider wearing the restaurant's namesake fabric... Top Chef contestant Brian Malarky's latest venture packed nightly with North County's seen-and-be-seen crowd.  Taking "fusion" to a whole new place, the celeb chef's "Asian Cowboy" cuisine means star status proteins unconventionally prepared.  Ribs go Korean Kowboy style with Asian pear barbecue sauce; fresh snapper gets "angry" with with serrano chile, orange, garlic and basil.  Is it the Shanghai Mule you're drinking, or are the walls really adorned with water buffalo skulls, Chinese "lion dance" masks, metal dragons, and taxidermy specimens?  Patio dining feels like a bamboo forest, but don't get coy with the koi pond.
