Singaporean pastry supremo Brian Tan had been working for years at five-star hotels across Asia before he opened his own branded café. The desserts here are both delicious and inventive – a recent collection featured sweets fashioned like embroidered Chinese slippers. The small café also serves salads and lunches and own-brand fresh coffee, made from Guatemalan beans.
