The rooftop bar at C-View on the 29th floor of the Affinia hotel is decked out with sexy modern furniture and lighting, creating an understated ambience to better enhance your views of Chicago's tallest buildings. The crowd is what you'd expect -- single, swanky and slightly annoying. If you can't snag a seat outdoors the inside lounge with its DJs and lavendar-infused cocktails is just as good.
