Menu and wood-burning oven show more, though: one of surprisingly small handful of places serving authentic Sicilian fare rather than Northern eye-tie. Definitely stick with Sicily specialties, like ragu-stuffed saffron rice balls, or succulent pizzas. Pasta can be hit or miss, especially if you're not a garlic fan.
