1966 classic casino stretches imperial length for a block in all directions with acres of gaming, miles of shops, dozens of restaurants and thousands of rooms. Done up over-the-top, pillars-and frescoes Roman style. Everything from nickel slots to the highest table limits in town, plus Pussycat Dolls poker pit staffed by buxom lasses. Crowd runs from conventioneering execs and trophy wives to old-school high rollers and opulence-seeking foreign tourists. Elton John, Celine Dion, and Cher croon at the Coliseum; Jerry Seinfeld and Stevie Nicks drop by, too. Qua Spa's updated, luxurious version of a classic Roman bath has dozens of facials, wraps, massages, rituals, and other treatments, and there's also celeb hairstylist Michael Boychuck's salon, Color. Decadent pool area scatters statuary and mosaics around lap pools, wading pools, and pools for topless sunbathing, all overseen by a staff of studly gladiators. Rooms are decorated with neoclassical inspired furnishings and supercomfy beds, while the apartment-sized bathrooms are outfitted with double marble vanities and sunken Roman tubs.
