Editorial Review

Does only one thing, and does it damn well: expensive soufflés. Candlelit dining room and big windows radiate romance. Owner's a pill, but waitstaff is cool. Play it safe with the classic gruyère soufflé, or walk on the wild side with the salmon-asparagus. For dessert, chocolate is where it’s at. Remember, you can’t hurry love: all soufflés are made to order, and they take their sweet-ass time.
