Editorial Review

Building resembles a ventilated green house, with plenty of plants. Menu items include salads of locally grown vegetables, sandwiches on herbed baguettes, and pizzas topped with ingredients like sage and gremolata. Many of the items on the menu are available as vegan dishes, quite a few are gluten free. Expect Madison Valley hundred-dollar-hippies, their friends, and their Patagonia-sporting rugrats.
