Editorial Review

Vito will hook you up with a fast, easy shot of espresso or a long and slow caffé latte. This is his kingdom, where coffee rules supreme. If he doesn't know your name yet, he will by your second cup. Nothing special to look at but packed at all hours with hungover Mile Enders looking for a fix. Lovingly known as Open Da Night to those who've been coming here long enough to have seen the original sign that read: Open Day and Night. Smoking section is a makeshift terrace with tree stump seats shared by grumpy old Italian guys, dreadlocked musicians, and cheeky girls in tight jeans and nerd glasses. Ah...Montreal coffee culture!
